Tuition fee per each academic year of the Master’s program is RUB 412,000


Payment schedule

The total amount of tuition fee per one academic year is usually divided into three parts with equal payments in spring/summer (after signing a learning agreement with TSU), in November and in February of the next calendar year.


Russuan goverment scholarships

There are several ways to get scholarships and financial assistance to cover tuition costs.

1) Apply for the Russian Government Scholarship.

First, please contact the nearest Rossotrudnichestvo (the Russian Center for Science and Culture) in your home country or the nearest country. This Center distributes scholarships and can tell you the deadlines for the application.

  • Please, contact the nearest Rossotrudnichestvo and fill in an application form.
  • Register on https://studyinrussia.ru/  , upload all required documents (passport, passport translation, education documents, translation of education documents, medical certificates, abstracts (if required), scientific publications (if any), and other documents confirming the Applicant’s achievements).
  •  Take the entrance exams organized by Rossotrudnichestvo.
